Yes, gladly. Tell us what kind of website you run or plan, roughly how many sites you need and whether WordPress is involved. We will recommend a suitable plan and data center location.
I am already a customer. How do I get technical support?
The best way is to open a ticket in your customer area. Your contract details are then linked to the request automatically, so we can help you without asking for basic information first. You can also reach us by email or phone.
Who do I contact about invoices and payments?
Billing questions can be sent to support@cheaptophost.com or submitted as a ticket in the customer area. Please include your customer number or invoice number so we can find your account quickly.
In which languages can I contact you?
Our support speaks English and German. You can write or call in either language.
How do I cancel or withdraw from a contract?
You can cancel in your customer area, by email or via our online cancellation page. Consumers who want to withdraw within the withdrawal period can use our online withdrawal page or send us a short statement by email.
Can you move my existing website to CheapTopHost?
Yes. Website migrations are free with every hosting plan. Contact us after ordering and we will plan the move with you.
